TTARA Announces Jennifer Rabb as New VP
Capitol veteran and attorney Jennifer Rabb has joined the Texas Taxpayers and Research Association (TTARA) as the association’s vice president.
“TTARA is thrilled to welcome Jennifer Rabb as vice president,” said President Dale Craymer. “Jennifer has the rare combination of extensive experience both in state government and in working on tax policy in public, private and legal settings. We could not ask for a more talented, well-respected person to join our TTARA team.”
“I am honored and delighted to be joining the TTARA team,” Rabb said. “I look forward to continuing the TTARA tradition of clear and honest assessments of tax policy.”
Rabb comes to TTARA from Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, where she was a fellow and director of the McNair Center for Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth since 2018. Prior to that, her experience at the Texas Capitol has included serving as tax policy advisor for Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, clerk of the House Ways & Means Committee, director of tax policy for the Texas Comptroller and as a legislative aide to a state senator.
Rabb also has worked on governmental relations, state and local tax issues, and tax and estate planning for a number of law firms.
